In your absence last week, I had to come in and have our cat, Sophie, put to sleep.  She developed paralysis over her hind quarters on Christmas Eve and it worsened over the next day.  I brought her to the clinic and Jessie and Dr. Vickrey took care of her (and of me).  I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the care we received and the dignity with which Sophie and I were both treated.  Your staff and Dr. Vickrey were wonderful.

Thank you all so very much for taking great care of such a sick puppy!  We're still working on that bark, but we're back to being a happy puppy again and for that I am so grateful.  Thanks for loving Jackson as much as I do. You all have such a genuine love of animals and it shows.
